[ENHANCEMENT] rename/hide Settings command in command plate

currently Roo Code has a command call Settings, it show no prefix in vsc command plate, too confusing for users:

I've analyzed this issue and here's my proposed implementation plan:

The root cause is that the view title button commands in src/package.json are missing the category property. Commands like openInNewTab, explainCode, fixCode, etc. already have "category": "%configuration.title%" (which resolves to "Roo Code"), so they show as "Roo Code: Open in New Tab" in the command palette. However, the following commands are missing this property:

• roo-cline.plusButtonClicked (title: "New Task")
• roo-cline.historyButtonClicked (title: "Task History")
• roo-cline.marketplaceButtonClicked (title: "Marketplace")
• roo-cline.popoutButtonClicked (title: "Open in Editor")
• roo-cline.cloudButtonClicked (title: "Cloud")
• roo-cline.settingsButtonClicked (title: "Settings")

Proposed fix: Add "category": "%configuration.title%" to all six of these command definitions in src/package.json. This will prefix them with "Roo Code:" in the command palette (e.g., "Roo Code: Settings"), matching the pattern used by other Roo Code commands.

This is a one-file change in src/package.json -- no code or test changes needed since it's purely a manifest/metadata update.
