Set up error alerting for GitHub Actions failures #32
Description
Phase: 1 — Public Launch (Observability)
Get notified when the daily digest workflow fails:
- Configure GitHub Actions failure notifications (email or Slack webhook)
- Add a simple health check — if 0 emails sent for active subscribers, alert
- Consider a dead man's switch (e.g., ping a monitoring service on success)
