[Task](heureka): Add user id to remediation actions

Task Description

In order to have the authentication in place before going live with remediation actions in Heureka, add the user id given bz greenhouse to remediation modal in heureka, so that this info is kept on heureka side from the first point. Later we can switch this implementation with the new authentication approach for greenhouse.
