docs testlinks should point to version from bazel_dep

Testlinks are pointing to the some commit hash of implementation instead of fixed version from known_good.json / MODULE bazel_dep
e.g.
https://eclipse-score.github.io/reference_integration/v0.6.0/_collections/score_docs_as_code/docs/internals/requirements/requirements.html#tool_req__docs_test_link_testcase

The fixed version in known_good.json is a hash. So this is a bug report that the hash is wrong?

The issue is that the testlinks & sourcelinks does not take the hash from there .
it get's it's hash from running git log -n 1 and parsing it so just the hash comes out.

This is correct **unless** you build it with docs_comb_build or in something like the reference integration.
Then it takes the github base url & hash from ref-integration instead of the docs-as-code or whatever. Which then obviously will 404 if you click on the link

So that is what we need to fix.
I'm on that already.
