Alternative registry for pulling of egos-tech/smtp image #4141

Hello 😄
I have recently started noticing errors regarding pulling the image egos-tech/smtp from the GitLab registry.
After digging deeper I found out that specifically for Hetzner IPs can be blacklisted and as such can not pull from the GitLab registry, however for the GitHub registry it works okay and the image is pulled succesfully. 😅
In this case I would suggest an alternative pull from the GitHub registry since there is a mirror of this image available there as a fallback mechanism in case the default registry fails to pull.
This was already discussed as a transient error in the following issue, however regarding blacklisting of IPs that can happen on any provider and as such you would need to request another machine and delete the old one and hope for it to not be blacklisted, which can be a hassle sometimes. 🤔

This is meant as a install script resiliency improvement feature request, I am also willing to implement this if permitted or if it something that would be a valid improvement/solution.
