change order of properties and set as default #148
Description
The more properties are added to a patient the more confusing it can be (visually).
at the moment, properties are listed alphabetically.
Certain properties should always be next to another, e.g.: Pre-existing diagnoses / main diagnosis for admission / new diagnosis during hospital or something like: Date of procedure / procedure, etc.
Hence, there is a need for properties to be listed freely - and in order to make it usable, for this order to be persistent (to a user, at least)
