Add a React Native test

I couldn't get the React Native project to work locally due to the issues with XCode. 

This project needs to spawn a basic React Native app (already committed in `test/fixtures/react-native`), and use tools like `detox` to run an automated test in Jest that asserts the `<Text>` content of the app.
