Add GLSL shader node

[pythongosssss]

• Adds GLSL node using moderngl package
• Supports simple vertex shaders with predefined uniforms available as inputs
• Fallback to software rendering if available (or comfyui is started with the CPU arg)
• Updates test build action to install libx11-dev as glcontext (required by moderngl) does not have prebuilt support for python 3.14
