FEATURE: optmize bash execution by pty

Summary

• migrate the bash execution implementation from Jupyter to PTY.
• use concurrent-safe maps to avoid single point of dependency on global locks.
• add bash execution test for python/js.
• remove bash jupyter kernel installation by code-interpreter.
