For Msg's we should use MsgExec, MsgVote, etc. instead of the gRPC Msg/Exec since this the way we describe the rest of the SDK modules.
Also, the api docs incorrectly reference gRPC for messages. There is no direct gRPC execution pathway for messages, just for queries. The framework just happens to leverage gRPC codegen
