Enables micro-ROS to be built for ESP32-P4 microcontroller with hosted ESP32-C6 for WiFi connectivity. It is tested on the following dev. board: https://www.waveshare.com/wiki/ESP32-P4-WIFI6-POE-ETH The changes are basically the same as in pull-request micro-ROS#319 from GitHub user YanKE01: micro-ROS#319 The needed changes are taken from his/her commit a2756ce on fork: YanKE01@a2756ce Signed-off-by: elpresidente1337 <blubb.420@gmail.com>
