For the Azure CLI shim, this adds the
AZURE_DEVOPS_EXT_PATto the environment before callingexec "${AZ_EXE}" "$@".This enables users to call Azure CLI extensions that talk to Azure DevOps for things like interacting with PRs, Work Items, etc.
