This PR adds support for PCI Express pass-through devices in Confidential VM (CVM) validation by adding a new valid class ID to the allow list in the verify_lsvmbus test.
Changes:
- Added PCI Express pass-through class ID to the list of valid VMBus device class IDs for CVMs, allowing resource disks that appear as PCI Express pass-through devices to pass validation
