Updated pyasn to match version 0.5.0. Seems to be passing all tests as well .

i have created a new PR #376 instead of this one: h
Do we want to keep dependencies limited
i.e. pyasn1 >=0.4.1, <0.6.1
or it's okay to have it open ended like: pyasn1 >=0.4.1 ?
